What was the highlight of V Hotel Bencoolen
Excellent location! Nice staff!
Staff was friendly. The location was excellent: literally sitting above Bencoolen MRT station. Rooms were clean with hard floors which I appreciated in Singapore's humid environment. Clean enough to not trigger my dust allergy. Lots of eateries and 7 eleven on the same block. Wifi worked well. No issues with the laundry machines.
Rooms were tight on space: the listed square footage includes the bathroom. A room with 2 twin beds was fine but very tight in the same space for a twin and queen. My understanding is that it's typical of the area at this price point. Pillows easily flattened.

Good
-Staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. -Location of hotel is very good. Very near to attractions n MRT.
-The room was quite small for triple sharing. -The cleaning before check in was not properly done as there was water mark n dust on the table. - Parking was very limited.

Superb Place To Stay
Place it very nice to stay and near to tourist spots. I like it very much. It's worth recommending.
So unfortunate, no breakfast to offer during our stay and have to buy outside coz kitchen is under renovation
